Men Choosing and Living a Better Life

Hello Men,

I just reread the Editor’s Letter by Stephen Perrine, of the men’s magazine, Best Life, May 2007, where he says and quotes others saying that men have relegated their right in choosing their friends and their ability to socialize with other “like men” or for that matter, other humans. He says that, “it is women who are maintaining and determining our social connections… and whom we associate” and that we have given up our rights in choosing our socialization with others.

Has this happened to you in relationship with women or have other issues existed that you’ve also relegated the choosing to your partner? Now maybe you resent it and project this limitation to yourself by your limited behavior and attitude, or to her and others, or both, maybe even thinking about leaving or changing your present relationship. Maybe, you have just shut down emotionally, but either way, you are not happy and maybe even living in hell? Have you lost your place in relationship with your partner and now find yourself unhappy and seeing that your relationship is not anything like it was when you first started being beloveds? Has resentment created pain in you after you’ve hid it somewhere inside and now it feels like it wants out?

On the other hand, are you happy and in love with yourself, beloved, family and community with heart felt communication and connection and want to keep this sacred connection flowing on all levels of your life?

If either resonates with you, I invite you to a Power Journey "for men only" to the pyramids of Teotihuacán, Mexico, February 24 to the 29, 2008, in “Discovering the Essence of Man.” During this time, in this powerful place that assists you with your connection to your Deeper Higher Self, we will celebrate our life as men strong in heart and mind.

A time where we will take in our ancestor’s teaching about the human duality that is prevalent in the energy of Teotihuacan and available to each man today. We will attempt to reach a deeper understanding of “who” and “what” we are, as well as what keeps us from not connecting to our source as easily as we do with our mind’s thinking. We will connect with the “act of flexibility” in being responsive to destiny’s calling. You will also connect with that part in you that knows exactly how to create, produce, and manifest abundance on all levels in your life.

Along the way in this celebration and teaching, we will also socialize and connect with each man attending and learning about his story and teaching as well as with your own essence to the unconditional. You see my understanding is that we all are teachers and each brings a teaching with each story.

This celebration of men in general and especially to those men that will be attending, will be a non confrontative practical flowing teaching in that each will be asked to contribute their story and teaching to others, remembering that what’s said in the circle, stay’s in the circle.

I have a new sense, a desire for a new meaning, maybe even a feeling that’s been growing in me for some time now, and is about the need for us men to band together in supporting each other in being better men for our selves. I believe that this “feeling” will in time pass to our families and communities. I understand that this “act of power” for each man can affect our relationships with families, communities and especially with your Self. This “act of power” can also set the example for the younger men taking their place in our larger human community.

Represented in this men’s gathering and journey, will be men from Europe, Mexico and the US. The Intent is that we can all learn from each other through our sharing of our experiences and life in general. It’s been to my amazement and learning that even though we may speak different languages, men all around this planet all “feel” the same.

Come and join us, I invite you to make this the first of many journeys for men’s discovery to a deeper sense in all of us and it may just start with you and this journey. The dates are February 24 to the 29, 2008. I will be sending you details later. Your commitment will represent your intent in wanting change in you life as well as continue to live life from a place of happiness, peace, and joy.

I’m leaving for Teotihuacan in a few day’s and wanted to get this out before my journey to Mexico, so, I ask you to think about it, sleep on it and if it’s meant to be, please join us.
